The Staff who work for ECS all have an enhanced
Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check
Protection of Vulnerable Adults check (POVA)
before they commence any support work.
All staff employed by the Service will be required to undertake in-house induction training which consists of;
FOOD HYGIENE
EFFECTIVE HAND HYGIENE
HEALTH AND SAFETY
MANUAL HANDLING
FIRST AID
FIRE SAFETY
SPECIALIST TRAINING WILL ALSO BE GIVEN FOR SPECIFIC TASKS
ALL EMPLOYEES TO COMMENCE TRAINING TO NVQ LEVEL 2 IN
HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE
